Salary Determined per company regulations based on experience and skills
Pay raises Annually (effective January 1 based on company and individual performance)
Bonus Incentive plan
Overtime Dependent on job title, etc.
Commuting costs Employees are reimbursed monthly for the cost of a one-month commuter pass
Holidays Two days off per week; monthly flex time system (partial shift work may be required)
