The Company handles personal information as part of its provision of repair services and exchanges of mobile telephone handsets, and as such, the Company recognizes that safeguarding personal information is an important duty it has to customers. The Company has established a personal information protection management system, under which the Company acquires, uses and manages personal information in a responsible manner and appropriate manner.

  1. During the course of its handling of personal information, the Company will comply with laws and regulations concerning the handling of personal information as well as guidelines and other rules set forth by the national government. In addition, the Company has established a personal information protection management system compliant with JIS Q 15001 requirements for personal information protection management systems, and strives to protect personal information.
  2. The Company will acquire, use, provide and outsource personal information according to appropriate methods within the necessary scope for implementing its business operations. When the Company acquires personal information directly, the Company will specify the purpose of use and notify the person. When the Company acquires personal information indirectly, the Company will do so only after verifying that the party acquiring this information directly did so in an appropriate manner.
  3. The Company will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary for fulfilling the specified purpose of use (hereafter "other use"). The Company will also take measures to ensure this.
  4. The Company will not provide personal information to third parties, except when the person has given his/her consent and in situations pursuant to laws and regulations.
  5. The Company will implement individual, physical and technical preventive measures in order to protect personal information from unauthorized access, or ruin, damage or loss, or destruction or modification, etc. If a problem does arise, the Company will take corrective action immediately.
  6. The Company will establish an office to address complaints and consultations concerning the handling of personal information and address both in a appropriate manner.
  7. Taking into account changes in technology and social climate, etc., the Company will regularly review its personal information protection management system and make continual improvements to its efforts for the protection of personal information.
